Join your Facility professional colleagues for a workshop completely dedicated to the ins and outs of Facilities at independent schools in California. This interactive program is designed for both new and seasoned Facilities professionals, as well as business officers who also wear the Facilities hat. The program will include opportunities for networking and sessions on a variety of Facilities topics encompassing both transactional and strategic Facilities functions.

We suggest booking at the Hotel Dena or the AC Hotel instead, which are both less than 2 miles away from the Langham. 


Langham Hotel Details:

  • $289 plus tax per night inclusive of Guest Amenity Fees

  • 10% discount on spa services for registered guests

  • Rate guaranteed three days pre and post program based on availability

Parking Details:
Because of local parking restrictions and limited availability of street parking, all guests must utilize the Langham's valet parking service. Overnight valet parking offered at the discounted rate of $25.00 plus tax per night. Daily valet parking is also $25.00 plus tax per day. 


Airport Information:

Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is located 16 miles from The Langham Huntington, Pasadena. Travel time by car is approximately 23 minutes.


Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located 26 miles from The Langham Huntington, Pasadena. Travel time by car is approximately 45 minutes.

    Substitution and Cancellation Policy

    • Substitutions and/or registration transfers may be made among members at the same school any time prior to the conference. Please note that dinner menu selections can only be modified until April 3.
    • Cancellation requests submitted by March 13 will be granted a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received March 14 - 22 will be granted a refund of 50%. No refunds will be granted after March 22, 2026.
