As Vice Chair of the Cal-ISBOA Facilities Subcommittee, Pamela is dedicated to fostering collaboration among California’s independent school operations staff. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues across the state to bring forward-thinking and practical sessions to member schools and is passionate about curating relevant, engaging content that addresses the real-world challenges facilities teams face daily.

Eleazar Madrid
Director of Facilities & Operations, Redwood Day School

Eleazar Madrid is the Director of Facilities & Operations at Redwood Day School, a K-8 school in Oakland, CA. Leveraging nine years of experience in school operations and property management, he focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining safe, well-managed learning environments. He oversees campus safety, emergency preparedness, facilities, and operations, and works closely with the CFO/COO on capital projects and long-term planning. He leads large-scale construction and renovation efforts and is deeply committed to sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Ronald Morales
Director of Campus Operations,
Mirman School

Ronald Morales serves as the Director of Campus Operations at Mirman School located in Bel Air, where he oversees campus operations, facilities, and security to help maintain a safe and efficient environment for students and staff. He has been part of the Mirman community for 11 years and enjoys taking on large projects. He finds a real sense of accomplishment in seeing complex work through from start to finish. Outside of work, Ronald enjoys spending as much time as possible with his 9-year-old daughter, Ailani, making the most of their time together before she reaches the age where her dad might not seem so cool anymore.

Michael Panman
Director of Facilities
and Sustainability,
Campbell Hall Episcopal School

Michael Panman is the Director of Operations at Campbell Hall, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in operations, facilities, safety, and security within educational environments. He provides strategic oversight of campus operations, safety and security, facilities and maintenance, and capital project planning and construction management. Prior to joining Campbell Hall, Michael spent more than 20 years at Granada Hills Charter School, where he served as the Facilities & Safety Manager and Event Manager.

Michael is also state-certified in emergency management and volunteers with the LA County Sheriff’s Department Mountain Search and Rescue Team. He responds to complex incidents across Southern California’s rugged terrain. He was recently deployed in multiple roles during the Los Angeles wildfires.

Outside of his professional and emergency service work, Michael is passionate about live theatre, bringing many years of experience in technical theatre with an emphasis on lighting design, and continues to volunteer in support of educational theatre programs and student productions.

Sydney is in her second school year with Redwood Day. As the lead HR practitioner, Sydney works with managers and staff to efficiently and compassionately resolve employee relations matters, coordinates payroll and benefits offerings, and provides thought leadership for the School's personnel-related activities. Sydney holds a PHR through HRCI, and she received a BA from Saint Mary's College. Prior to working at Redwood Day, Sydney served as the Northern CA HR lead for an international nonprofit. 

Joe Rayburn
Director of Partner Development,
Building Solutions

Joe Rayburn, Director of Partner Development at Building Solutions, is responsible for new sales and business development. He brings over 20 years of sales and business development experience in the A/E/C industry. Having come from a consultative background, he is well-versed in the many facets of delivering complex projects and effectively communicating those solutions to our clients. Joe has spoken to varying groups including PAISBOA, Cal-ISBOA, MISBO, TCSA, and NBOA.

Kerri Speck
Owner's Representative, PS1 and Gafcon

Kerri is currently the Owner's Representative for PS1 Pluralistic School, assisting the school's leadership in developing a strategy to accomplish their goals while helping manage their real estate holdings and providing support for the facilities team. She serves on the PS1 Board, where she has held the position of Board Chair and chaired several committees and fundraising campaigns. She briefly served as the PS1 Interim Director of Advancement. She also serves on the Board for Marlborough. She is an active member of the California State Bar.
