Sinai Akiba Academy is looking for an experienced Webmaster to collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to maintain resource pages and enhance the user experience for all SAA website visitors. Blackbaud Content Management System expertise is required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced school environment, adaptability, a solutions mindset, project management skills, an eye for detail and experience collaborating with a leadership team.
This is a contract position with an hourly rate of $50.00 and an expected commitment of approximately 10 hours per week. The specific hours and schedule are flexible.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary content manager for the school’s Blackbaud website: www.sinaiakiba.org
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to upload, edit, and update all external-facing and internal resource website content, including text, images, videos, and document
- Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Optimize website navigation, search, and layout for a positive user experience, within the current website design and template, as directed by the Director of Marketing and Communications
- Upload photos, videos, and graphics to the website, ensuring proper formatting and file size for web use and mobile viewing
- Adhere to site security protocols

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Head of School in support of the school’s mission
