Our student-athletes compete hard, but more importantly, they compete with a mindset of effort, teamwork and sportsmanship. Through their participation in athletics, they make lifelong friendships and learn many life lessons. The Head Girl's Water Polo Coach is an important position that is responsible for spearheading the Water Polo program in support of the vision of Saint Francis High School.

The Head Varsity Girl's Water Polo Coach is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Foundational:

-Support of School Mission

-Establishment of Program Philosophy

-Coaching Candidates

-Professional Development

Operational:

-Scheduling

-Equipment

-Summer Program and Pre-Season

Competition:

-Tryouts, practice, scouting and game day responsibilities
