SUMMARY:

Guided by the school’s Mission and vision, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the HR department and leading the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices that support the organization's goals and objectives. The HR Manager will supervise the Human Resources Coordinator and collaborate with senior management to ensure that the HR department's activities are aligned with the organization's overall strategy.
