Westridge is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Advancement to drive philanthropy and alumnae engagement at the school. Reporting to the Head of School, the director will oversee the Advancement Team and play a critical role in helping Westridge meet its goals, deliver on mission, and shape a robust culture of philanthropy.
The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven relationship and program builder, preferably with prior experience in an independent school. The Director will be a proactive thought partner to the Head of School, guiding strategic planning and goal setting for Westridge advancement initiatives in alignment with the school’s strategic priorities. Preferred candidates will possess deep experience in campaign planning and execution. The Director will oversee a team of five and join a vibrant and diverse school community grounded in a commitment to goodness in all aspects of life and learning.
