Primary Responsibilities include:

●        Budget Management Partnership

●        Financial Analysis & Reporting

●        Long-range Planning

●        Loans

●        Investments

●        Purchasing

●        Insurance

●        Transportation Program

●        School-wide Contract & Waiver Support

●        Property Management

●        Committee Participation (as requested)

●        Partner with the Director of Finance & Treasury to ensure GAAP standards and best practices (meeting or exceeding NBOA Guidelines) are implemented across all sectors

Requirements

●        Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred, in a relevant field

●        Minimum of 5-10 years of related business/finance experience in the sector; independent school and/or non-profit experience preferred

●        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office; willingness to learn new systems and techniques

●        Excellent organization, time management, and analytic skills.

●        Ability to be self-directed, handle multiple tasks and priorities, solve problems and demonstrate leadership skills within a team environment.

●        Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

●        Ability to use discretion with confidential information.

●        Proven ability to work as a positive, enthusiastic member of a team

Salary Range: $175-225k, depending on experience.
