    The Pegasus School has an immediate opening for an Associate Director of Advancement to join our team. This is a full-time, twelve-month, salary, exempt position. This position is responsible for creating and leading a program of special events and donor relations programs that support and advance the School’s mission. They oversee all event fundraising activities and work closely with members of the advancement team to foster and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, major donors, current families, alumni, alumni families, grandparents and the external community. Strong volunteer leadership skills are critical to success in this position. The Associate Director is a key member of the Advancement team and is involved with all fundraising-related activities.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Pay Range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year

    Starting salary will be commensurate with experience

    Classification: salary, exempt

    The Pegasus School is situated in a park-like 14-acre setting in Huntington Beach with facilities that include a theater, gymnasium, art studios, science and technology labs, library, athletic fields, and classrooms. Ours is an environment that encourages creative and critical thinking, risk-taking, and problem solving in all members of its community.
