    de Toledo High School, a vibrant and innovative independent high school in West Hills, is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT assistant for a full-time, non-exempt position.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Supervise the Helpdesk Assistant and provide IT support, including but not limited to:
      • managing helpdesk ticketing system;
      • troubleshooting A/V equipment (Projectors, speakers, flat-screen TV’s, etc.);
      • troubleshooting PC and Mac hardware and software;
      • troubleshooting printers/copiers;
      • troubleshooting VOIP phones;
      • maintaining the inventory system;
      • managing Active Directory/Google Apps (manage users, groups and permissions).

    Skills Required:

    • Basic understanding of computer technology
    • Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office Software, Windows, Mac OS and others
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and with individuals inside and outside the school
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to see things through (Helpdesk tickets, projects and any other IT requests)
    • Cloud-base services support experience with Google Apps and educational applications; LMS and SIS, preferred
    • Basic knowledge of Help Desk ticketing systems
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years experience preferred
