1. Login / View Your Badge

Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the app to access your account options.

Once opened, you can view your attendee badge. Your badge includes a QR code that can be used for session check-in.

When arriving at a session, simply present your QR code badge to event staff so it can be scanned for check-in.

2. Tiles

The main tiles on the home screen act as quick links to different sections of the app.

Tap any tile to open that section. These include areas such as:

• Venue for location and hotel details
• Schedule for sessions, meeting times, and activities
• Speakers to browse presenter information
• Sponsors to view sponsor listings and details
• Mindfulness Experience - Learn more about Cal-ISBOA's guided wellness opportunities
• Sessions Check-In - Check-in to sessions (Must be logged in)
• Attendees - View all registered attendees
• FAQ - View answers to common questions regarding the App, event, venue and more!
• The Change Reaction - Make a Donation
• Evaluations - Submit a Post-Event Evaluation
• Platinum Sponsor - Poppy Bank

3. Bottom Navigation Bar

The navigation bar at the bottom of the app is always available and allows you to move between major sections quickly.

• Home – Returns you to the main app homepage
• Feed – Displays updates, announcements, and event activity
• Messages – Opens your message center where you can view and send messages; a red badge indicates unread messages
• Schedule – Opens the full event schedule so you can review sessions and plan your day
• More – Access to additional app sections and tools not shown directly on the main bar

4. Badge, Notifications, and Sign In / Sign Out

Tapping the profile icon opens your account menu.

From this menu, you can:

• My Badge – Open your personal badge with QR code for check-in
• Notifications – View alerts, reminders, and important updates
• Sign Out – Log out of the app when needed
• Sign In – Log back in later to regain access to your badge and event features

This menu is the main place to manage your attendee access and account-related options during the conference.
