Cal ISBOA Member Schools: Discounted Rate on Facilities Management Professional Credential Course (FMP)

The FMP credential covers four main courses of Facilities Management, those courses are:

Operations & Maintenance Course
Finance & Business Course
Leadership & Strategy Course
Project Management Course

After completing the four courses above and successfully passing four assessments, class members can then apply for the FMP credential with IFMA. Normally this program costs $1800 but IFMA has reduced their rate for Cal- ISBOA members to $1400.

To further support our members we are creating a cohort of 12-15 class members all working towards their FMP credential. This cohort will meet weekly to support each other, review study materials and class outlines, and ensure a steady progression to completion. There is no additional charge for this study group.

HR Certification Institute’s® (www.HRCI.org) official seal confirms that Cal-ISBOA meets the criteria for pre-approved recertification credit(s) for any of HRCI’s eight credentials, including SPHR® and PHR®.

Cal-ISBOA is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
