Leading Schools to Success the Learn Lead Lift Way

Through the lens of putting people first, adapting to VUCA-style change (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), and anchoring to authenticity, Wendy will talk about the mindsets, skill sets and behaviors that will define great leadership in independent schools for the next several decades.  Understand how to spot the barriers or derailers in yourself and others that hold people back from being a great leader today. And learn practical strategies to overcome them.  Not only will you take away valuable new insights and an action plan to elevate your leadership - you’ll walk away energized and inspired to help others do the same.
