Kehillah Jewish High School is seeking an innovative and dedicated educator who is experienced teaching across the broad History spectrum to teach two sections (one class each) in U.S. and World History (Ancient and Modern) in the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for educational access and neurodiversity and enjoys teaching high school students. Due to the pandemic, this position will be part of our hybrid program and the classes will be both in-person and remote. Must be adept with Zoom and blended or flipped technologies.

This is a part-time position (.40) beginning August 1, 2020. There is a possibility of being full-time if the candidate has a strong background in the academic discipline of Modern Jewish History and the ability to teach Holocaust Studies from an intersectional perspective that addresses the diverse range of issues that continue to impact historically marginalized peoples.
