The HR Manager is primarily responsible for the management and administration of employee relations, risk management (safety/liability), and training and development activities of the School. The Manager will need to respond to and understand the culture of the Community in order to support and inform the School’s leadership and employees on organizational practices, procedures, and policies. This involves managing employee relations, including advocating, and coaching/advising all levels of employees. In partnership with the incumbent HR professional, both positions will rely on each other to ensure HR department continuity.

Salary Range: $80-95K DOE
