Making the Most of the Survey Data You Already Have

Make thoughtful recommendations to your board and educated decisions for you school with the data you already have in the Cal-ISBOA Statistical Survey

Participants MUST have completed this year's survey and be comfortable navigating the various results tabs and tables.  This workshop is NOT intended to be a tutorial for beginners. Attendees should have experience using the survey and feel they can get more out of it by digging deeper into the existing data and sharing their experience with their colleagues.

Develop a deeper understanding of how to use the Cal-ISBOA survey date for:

• Asking the right questions
• Identifying areas for improvement
• Showcasing strong performance areas
• Identifying bench marking groups
• Supporting board presentations
• Informing data-driven strategic discussions

Workshop structure:

• Guided and facilitated by Measuring Success and working in collaboration with your peers.
• Hands on using this year's survey results
• Case studies highlighting timely, relevant issues.
  
• Each participant must bring a laptop and the most recent survey results file in order to work along with the group.
