    Duties:

         Create and maintain webpages for using OnMessage content management system

         Create and maintain landing pages using Hubspot design tools

         Lead and implement strategies to drive and convert leads using search engine optimization (SEO) and email marketing

         Create monthly reports of website and email analytics, and analyze these reports to drive improvements to the website and email marketing strategy

         Develop content strategy for Milken School’s inbound blog, keeping in mind search terms and persona research

         Develop, manage, and track digital marketing campaigns

         Manage products that enhance the online experience for users, including but not limited to interactive campus maps, outsourced video projects, alumni relations, fundraising and donor management

         Manage regular e-communication campaigns

         Implement a range of techniques to enhance digital value including SEO and SEM

         Manage the design, and potential future redesign, of the Milken website

         Manage online brand and project campaigns to raise brand awareness

         Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the Milken website

         Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data

         Review new technologies and keep the Milken at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

         Assist with managing student interns

         Create regular reports on successes and areas of improvement for digital marketing

         Assist with content creation as needed (writing, graphic design, photography, video)

         Other duties as deemed necessary by the Director

    ​Requirements of the Role: 

         Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, IT or related; master’s degree required for associate level

         Minimum of 3-5 years related experience for assistant level, 5-7 years for associate level

         Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice

         Experience managing comprehensive inbound marketing campaigns

         Experience managing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics

         Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products

         Ability to create content as well as identify and generate creative content ideas

         Skilled in effective branding techniques

         Strong organizational and time management skills

         Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate widely with various constituencies throughout the School’s community

         Technical skills to support the above

         Team player, as well as the ability to work independently

         Independent school experience and Blackbaud K12 onProducts experience a plus, but not required
